Shipping Policy
We make every effort to process and ship orders within one business day, however, during periods of high demand, fulfillment may take up to two business days. To ensure prompt delivery, we exclusively utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Parcel Post with tracking, while international orders are shipped via USPS International Mail Service. Tracking numbers are provided for all eligible orders upon fulfillment.
Please allow for 2-5 days for domestic delivery after your order has been fulfilled. International orders typically take 2-3 weeks for delivery after passing through the USPS International Distribution Center in Los Angeles or Vancouver.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times, as all estimates are subject to change based on factors outside of our control, such as USPS delivery schedules.
In the unlikely event that an order is lost during transit, we will promptly resend it using the same shipping method.
